Sea Pines
Sea Pines is located at the southwestern tip of Hilton
Head Island and is the Islands oldest Plantation. One of the Southeast's first planned Developments, Sea Pines established
a benchmark for excellence in environmental planning and conservation. Sea Pines covers 5000 acres and boasts some of the
areas finest golf courses and tennis facilities. With bike trails, a 605 acre forest preserve with nature trails, The Harbour
town Golf Links and miles of white sand beaches, Sea Pines has something to offer everyone.
Forest Beach
Forest Beach is one of Hilton Head's most popular areas and is located between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations.
The "Downtown of Hilton Head" the Coligny Plaza area is located in the heart of Forest Beach and affords great dining
and shopping. The beach is a just step away and "Miniature Golf" the "Water Fun Park" and bike paths all
add to the magic of the Forest Beach area.
Shipyard Plantation
Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on Hilton Head Island between Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines Plantation. Shipyard
is one of the smallest plantations yet boasts a charm all its own. The beach is only a short distance from all of the homes
and villas in Shipyard and you can enjoy scenic views of golf courses and lagoons as you walk, bike, jog or roller blade along
the tree lined paths.
Palmetto
Dunes
Palmetto Dunes is
located in the heart of Hilton Head Island and is home to some of the most beautiful oceanfront homes and villas on the Island.
Eleven miles of scenic lagoons weave through this plantation and allow you to enjoy canoeing, kayaking or fishing. Three championship
gold courses and renowned tennis courts at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Club add to the beauty and allure of this plantation.
North Island
One of the Island's best-kept secrets, North Island has some of the most beautiful and
uncrowded beaches on Hilton Head. Bike paths, Island Putt & Drive, restaurants and shops are all just minutes away. If
you like an area that has everything to offer except crowds then you'll love the North Island area.
