Be swept away ....with the peaceful surroundings, the beauty of the Island, and a stroll down the boardwalk to the ocean.At the beach, you will find one of the secrets of Hilton Head Resort. Turn left on the sand and walk towards the rocks. Just past the rocks is a creek that gets very deep at high tide. Vacationers just north of the resort at the public Folly Beach really have no way to cross over to our side of the beach. South of us is Palmetto Dunes Plantation which has no public beach access. This combination gives the resort practically a private beach. Your 2 BD/ 2BA condominium is fully furnished & equipped offering a spacious living room,, private balcony overlooking one of the outdoor pools. Amenities include a fantastic Golf course (Palmeto Dunes next door,the newly done Robert Trent course ), an indoor heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis court, club house/game room, and fitness center.***NO Phone in Condo due to most persons now with their cell phones being used,just not used anymore for the cost.

Deposit: Deposit of $150.00 issue within 5 days of booking ,security balance is issued back on last day of stay.Balance to be paid by check, money order or credit card prior to 21 days before arrival, that is when security pass and key is sent. Returned check fee of $25.00 is charged,which covers bank feeAmenitiesInside you will find one of the most beautiful beaches, great amenities including a private ocean-front cabana, free tennis at the 4 courts on site. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor running track, indoor hot tub spa and sauna, playground, bicycling, surfing, picnic area, an on-site store and a deli/restaurant.Inside the condo you have access to a tv in all bedrooms and living room, pool games, beach items,etc. The villa itself has all your needs; from a tv in every bedroom dvd to vcr's in rooms. The new cable system has 5 HBO channels,local, and lots of channels for the entire family. We have created each room with decor which will make your visit a special one for a couple to families. Do not hesitate to use the crib, high chair, beach toys,bike helmets, and of course the GAMECUBE!!!!. Cancellations:
If a cancellation is made at least 25 days prior your deposit is refunded minus a $35.00 fee. If a cancellation is made less than 25 days the fee is $100.00.
Check-in: Anytime after 4:p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. There will be a charge if needed to checkout after time . Also our condo sleeps a maximum of 6 there is a charge for up to 1 extra.
